Dedicated plants. Integrated facility.
Viscus Oils operates an integrated manufacturing facility at Mangalya, on the Indore-Dewas Highway. Each product category runs in its own dedicated production plant, so there is no cross-contamination between oils, alkyd resins, hard resins, and refining.
Production divisions
Supporting utilities are on site as well: air condensers, vacuum pumps, cooling towers, solar and standby generation, and a weighbridge. The plant holds its environmental clearance.
Inside the plant
The site at Mangalya, its reactor halls, and the lines that run between them.

ISO 9001:2015 certified. In-house labs.
Two dedicated laboratories: a Raw Material and QC Lab for incoming inspection and batch testing, and a Production and R&D Lab for process development and new formulations. Every batch is tested before dispatch.
Raw Material and QC Lab
Incoming inspection, batch testing, COA generation.
Production and R&D Lab
Process development, new formulations, import-substitute development.
COA with every shipment
A Certificate of Analysis is provided as standard with every dispatch.
ATFD and ETP on site
An agitated thin-film dryer and an effluent treatment plant, so manufacturing stays environmentally compliant.
Sustainability
Our ester systems are built on vegetable oils rather than petroleum solvents, which is what lets ink and coating formulators bring VOC content down. It is the same feedstock the business started with in 1984, put to a newer purpose.
Lower VOC is a formulation requirement now, not a preference.
